Accountability

You show up for friends. Now someone shows up for you.

Yarvy remembers what you're working toward and what's going on in your life, sees how it's actually going, and tells you straight. Kind, a little blunt, never a guilt trip.

Say hi

Free plan, no card needed.

Why it's easier to keep promises to other people.

Most of us will let ourselves down without a second thought, but we'll show up for a friend who's counting on us. Being checked on works. The trouble is keeping it going: friends get busy, apps nag until you mute them, and a chatbot forgets the whole conversation by Monday, so you're explaining your life from scratch again.

"All I needed was someone who would check in on me."

Research backs the instinct. Across 138 experiments, tracking progress made people more likely to reach their goals, and it helped more when the progress was written down or reported to someone else (Harkin et al., 2016).

Yarvy is built to be that someone. It remembers, it keeps the real record, and it's honest without the guilt.

Say it once. It remembers.

Mention that Thursdays are your late night, that you're training with your sister, or that you'd rather hear it straight. Yarvy keeps the lasting stuff and uses it when it plans with you, so you never explain your week twice.

Memory you can't see is creepy, so you can see all of it. Every fact is marked "you told me" or "Yarvy guessed," and you can fix or delete any line.

Everything Yarvy knows about you, in one list you can edit.

It keeps the real record

Your goals and your list live in Yarvy, so a check-in is about what actually happened, not your memory of it. The first time you open it each week, you get a short look back across your goals: what went well, what slipped, and one thing that might help.

Day to day, it connects the dots for you. Behind on the gym in a week with a late Thursday? It'll point to Friday instead.

The weekly look back: the wins first, then the one thing worth changing.

Honest, not harsh

Good accountability tells you the truth and then helps. Yarvy is built to do both.

  • No flattery. If a goal is behind, it says so plainly, worked out from what you actually did.
  • No guilt. Gone for a week? It welcomes you back and picks up where you are, without a lecture.
  • No nagging. One suggestion at a time, and if you say no, it drops it.
  • A way forward. Behind on a goal? Move the date, shrink the target, change this week, or pause it. More on goals.

What it doesn't do yet

Yarvy doesn't send notifications, so it won't ping you at 7am. It checks in when you open it, every time, with a short rundown of where things stand. Add it to your home screen so it's one tap away.

A coach, not a therapist

Yarvy helps you plan your days and follow through on your goals. It isn't therapy. If you're going through something hard, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.

Fair questions.

Can an app really keep me accountable?

It can do the parts that matter most: remember what you committed to, track whether it's happening, and bring it up without judgment. What it can't do is chase you down. You still open the app, and Yarvy makes that the easy part.

What does it remember, and can I see it?

It saves the lasting stuff you mention, like your schedule, the people in your life, and how you like to work. You can read every line it knows, fix it, or delete it in Settings.

What about my data?

Your tasks and conversations belong to you. They're never sold or used for ads, and you can export or delete everything. The privacy policy is in plain English.

Can I share goals with a friend?

No. Yarvy is for one person's life, on purpose. There are no shared lists or public goals, which is what keeps it yours.

Is it free?

Your tasks, lists, and goals are free for good, and they work without the AI. Free accounts also get 30 AI messages a month, and your first week usually comes with extra AI, with no card at signup. For more, Yarvy Plus is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, and Yarvy Pro is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year.

Someone in your corner who remembers.

Two minutes to start. Your first conversation is the setup.
